About Me

My Story
My fitness journey started back in 7th grade. I was the “fat kid”—well-liked, but never truly confident in myself. At 200 pounds, I couldn’t even fit into the new clothes my parents bought me.
That all changed the day I tried out for sports. I started with football, but it was wrestling that changed my life. In my first year, I lost 60 pounds, became captain, and discovered my love for pushing limits.
Then COVID hit, and I fell off track—depressed, eating junk, and playing games all day. But when school reopened, I came back stronger. I threw myself into football, lacrosse, and wrestling, rebuilding the discipline that would define my life.
After high school, I devoted myself fully to the gym. In 2021, I lost my father—my biggest inspiration. Everything I do now is to honor him and make him proud.
Most importantly, God saved me. He gave me purpose, passion, and a mission to help others find the strength and confidence I once lacked. This is my why. This is my drive. This is who I am.
